And at this time of the year we are awash in Panettones. There are big ones, little ones and boozy ones.
These are always very popular and look very theatrical and gorgeous. They make great gifts ... and you don't have to put them on the mantlepiece and dust them!
... and if you have any left, they make terrific bread and butter pudding.
